Student Experience Officer

For more information about the School of Education go to[link removed] As Student Experience Officer, you will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks central to the delivery of an excellent experience to all our students.

You will provide proactive support to student placements across all our programmes, supporting the Senior Student Experience Officer and working with academic colleagues and placement providers to provide an excellent service.

You will deliver a high level of support to our professional programmes, including ensuring the effective management of student data in line with professional body requirements. You will lead the School’s timetabling processes across all our programmes. Educated to A Level standard with GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent experience), you will have excellent customer service skills, with experience of responding efficiently and effectively to phone and email enquiries, in addition to excellent organisation and time management skills.

You will have the ability to analyse and solve problems with an appreciation of longer-term implications and work flexibly as a member of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach. We’re one of the best not-for-profit organisations to work for in the UK.
