We are looking to recruit two Senior IT Services Technician’s to provide high quality technical support for staff and learners. The Senior IT Technician’s will work proactively and reactively to maintain reliable technical services working hands-on to provide appropriate solutions. The Senior staff will take an operational lead in deploying technical staff and technical solutions.
All technical staff will contribute proactively to the development and delivery of an outstanding and robust IT Service across the Trust that is solution focused. This post is part of the Trust IT Service and postholders will work across all Trust establishments.
Candidates will be aspirational and must possess a high level of IT and computing skills and be able to evidence effective problem- solving skills. Candidates must be prepared to commit to and complete further training. Candidates must evidence experience that suggests suitability to discharge the technical aspects of the role as outlined in the Job Description and Person Specification, this include experience and or ability to supervise and deploy appropriate staff and solutions to meet service needs.
