Meltham Golf Club Limited is a long established private members Club founded in 1908, we are situated on the Pennine Hills in West Yorkshire and we are seeking a creative and committed Operations Manager who is able to demonstrate clear leadership skills and be responsible for the efficient and profitable management of the Club whilst providing a friendly and positive experience for members and visitors alike. Someone to grow the Club and develop with the Club to put us both in better positions.
The successful candidate will:-
Have clear financial acumen, able to operate QuickBooks Cloud accounting software to point of reconciliation and deliver monthly and annual accounts whilst operating within defined budgets.
Coordinating a team ensuring high performance and interaction with the five Operational Chairs (Course, House, Golf, Marketing and Finance) all Members and Volunteers, by utilising effective leadership and management techniques.
Coordinate our Health and Safety and Human Resource advisors to ensure a safe working environment for all.
Be willing to maximise all potential income streams and recognise and implement any development opportunities.
Possess good all round IT skills and numeracy. Actively develop the Clubs website and social media accounts to promote the Club.
35 hours per week
Competitive Salary, dependant on experience
