Digital Project Assistant (fixed term for 12 months)

Support the development and implementation of Calderdale Council’s Digital and ICT Strategy with a focus on engagement, and to include developing a project plan, establishing KPIs and mapping desired outputs 2. Delivery of project plan and ongoing monitoring of progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and outputs 3. Design and develop activities and events to appropriately promote and engage residents and stakeholders with the Digital Strategy 4. Support the strategic alignment of the Digital & ICT Strategy to appropriate stakeholders within Calderdale Council 5. Provide advice and support to internal and external stakeholders including briefings, verbal and written, to stakeholders and external agencies 6. Establish a working group of stakeholders and partners for the implementation of the Digital & ICT Strategy to identify opportunities and to provide challenge and support to implementation of theplan 7. Deliver horizon scanning and opportunity spotting of new technologies and their applications to stakeholders 8. Provide ongoing recommendations for long term strategy development and implementation 9. Identify new partners for delivery and where appropriate feed into complementary business support programmes and initiatives 10. Any other duties commensurate with this post NB: These responsibilities are not ranked in order of importance or implementation.
