Customer Services Assistant


The purpose of the role is to provide a customer-focused and professional reception service and to assist administrative staff, in providing a high level of administrative support within the designated work area.

Duties will include

providing front-line support to students, staff and visitors to the school,

assisting with collation of data for the monitoring of student attendance,

preparation for exams and other student assessments,

assisting in the arrangement of meetings and events taking place,

ensuring completion of tasks, such as ordering hospitality and stationery, distribution of mail and acting as an i-Print champion.
