Graduate Account Executive - Wakefield

The Account Executive will be responsible for supporting the RotaMaster sales team in driving sales and managing a number of existing customer accounts. We require a self-motivated individual, someone who has the ability to learn and desire to succeed.

Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing business customers across the UK to drive sales.
Establish customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Manage existing accounts in order to nurture and grow them.
Conduct regular face to face account management meetings.
Maintain regular contact with new and existing client base to build relationships and develop new opportunities.
This role does not require sales experience, however we are looking for resilient, target driven individuals, with a hunger for sales.

|Skills & experience||
Competent in the use of Microsoft office
|Degree:||Basic knowledge of software development and implementation processes would be an advantage but is not essential.|
