Job details:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial spirit to join our energetic and ambitious Sales Team. Focused on developing the business with our existing customers and generating new business to increase 1Call4’s national presence, this role requires a tenacious individual who is able to drive new sales and ultimately then develop long-standing relationships to secure repeat business and maximise long-term revenue.

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic individual with dynamic approach to business. You must be prepared to work hard, think outside of the box, and you are certainly not controlled by a 9 to 5 mindset. You will have an appetite to succeed, a steely determination, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role can be perfect for an experience sales professional looking to further develop their career and responsibilities within a unique and fast-growing company …or…. with the appropriate training and guidance, it can also be ideal for a more junior applicant looking to forge a successful future in capital equipment sales.

Digital Signage & DooH (Digital out of Home) sales will require the ideal candidate to see the bigger picture, this is a fast-growing industry and with a plethora of hardware and software solutions available you will be able to design bespoke solutions to fit with almost any businesses aspirations. This will allow you to have a massive scope as you are not defined to a particular sector. This coupled with manufacturers continuously producing exciting new products , we believe, makes this a big opportunity for someone with big ideas.
Role responsibilities
Identify, prospect and convert leads, expanding the customer base.

Develop business with the assigned accounts.

Create strategic development plans, including active sales pipeline and implementation to build new, profitable business.

Perform analysis to determine opportunities in the market.

Assess the profitability of existing products and service offerings.

Manage business deals from negotiation to close.

Improve existing business by increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Monitor contract implementation from contract performance and customer payment terms to delivery terms.

Cultivate repeat business with current customers, corresponding with clients directly through telephone and email.

Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
