This is an opportunity to work in the decision science team within the Head Office in Leeds. You will learn to develop and monitor credit risk scorecards and strategies and to provide analysis to enable management to make informed decisions on lending strategy.
To provide insightful analysis to influence management actions in driving business performance
Support the development of credit scorecards and lending strategies that provide a good outcome for both the customer and the business within risk appetite set by the Board
Assist with the development and maintenance of suites of regular credit risk MI reports that meet the needs of the business and provide timely, accurate and relevant information to directors, senior management & field colleagues
Assist the Marketing team to optimise marketing activity through customer targeting models
Continued development to understand the business and Home Credit market to assist with decision making
Strong analytical skills and problems solving

|Skills & experience||
Good Microsoft Office (predominantly Excel & Outlook) skills
SAS experience preferable but not required
|Degree:||Maths or other numerate degree|
