Job details:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our sales team.
This role is based at our Head office in Ingrow, Keighley.
The hours of work are 8.30am-5pm Monday - Friday within our small, friendly Sales/Customer Service office.

This exciting opportunity is for a confident, intelligent individual to work within an inbound sales environment.
The role will be to take orders over the phone and deal with complex queries and escalations.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent customer service manner that is both polite and friendly.

There is no outbound selling, only inbound sales to deal with.

You will provide a professional, customer focused service.
Your personality will be calm and confident along with enthusiasm, resilience and excellent communication skills.
You will have a 'no job too big or too small' attitude to your work and be happy working on your own initiative as well as working within a team.

This is a varied role and training will be given.
It is vital that you are a people person with good communication skills and educational background.
The role will be discussed in more detail at the interview.

If you do not hear anything then you have been unsuccessful.
Role responsibilities
-Taking orders and dealing with customer queries over the telephone
-Dealing with complex escalations and providing a high level of customer service
Person specification
-You must be a 'People Person' with a customer focused attitude
-You must be polite and be able to deliver high levels of customer service at all times
Skills & experience
Any related skills and experience are a bonus, however not essential.

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £18,000 per year dependant on experience
