Sales Support and Administrator - Sheffield

We have over 30 years experience in the industry and we are continuing to expand with new products.
Job details:
We are looking for a sales administrator who will support the sales team for Kingkraft and Sensorykraft.

The role will be office based and will work closely with sales team. The two key areas will be one; to support sales team in the development and growth of Sensorykraft by sourcing new clients and arranging CPD appointments for architects and therapists. And two, provide active support to sales team in helping drive growth within Kingkraft.
The candidate will also be required to write written quotations on behalf of the sales team, book in and manage appointments and attend exhibitions and demonstrations all over the UK.
The role may be subject to a bonus' if sales targets reached.
Role responsibilities
Manage all initial inbound enquiries/leads, capturing all relevant information and contact details, engage with prospect to qualify lead accordingly, post out/email a brochure, send a quote if that is what the prospect wants, make an appointment for sales manager to visit accordingly

-Writing written quotations on behalf the sales managers

-Coordinating and working with the sales team in driving sales forward

-Attend exhibitions and demonstrations all over the UK
Person specification
-Friendly and sociable and can work well with a team

-Good customer service skills

-Attention to detail

- Must have can do attitude and a willingness learn the sales process in order to build a foundation to build a career in the sales arena
Skills & experience
Candidate ideally to have customer service experience and/or worked in an office environment
Degree: GSCE English, Maths and Science A-C
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 pa
