Mackinnon Bruce International is a Leeds City Centre based Executive Search Firm with International clients across multiple industrial sectors including Renewable Energy, Environmental, Engineering & Construction, Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Medical and Chemical markets.
Due to exponential growth we have significantly increased our office space and are looking to recruit 4-5 experienced sales professionals to join our established team and train to be an Executive Search consultant. We provide extensive training over a 6 month period and are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial natured sales professionals to operate on an international remit across a chosen vertical market and expand Mackinnon Bruce’s business.
Set up by Andrew Bruce in May 2012, we have experienced considerable growth since incorporation and developed a significant International customer base who see Mackinnon Bruce International as their chosen trusted Executive Search provider on mid-senior level positions globally. We have a 65%-35% retained to contingent split of business and looking for experienced sales people to expand some of our vertical markets. We offer competitive basic salary’s and market leading commissions; in addition we offer monthly, quarterly and annual incentives including 5* holidays, weekend city breaks, cash incentives and luxury retail vouchers.
