The role is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, articulate and ambitious Customer Services professional to join a growing Marketing Services company in Leeds.

Role responsibilities
• Answering calls and emails from customers in relation to new enquiries / orders.
• Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
• Provide accurate quotes to clients in agreed timescale using the internal system.
• Follow up all Quotes to obtain feedback and maximise quote > order conversion.
• Process orders in a timely fashion using the internal system.
• Ensure artwork processes followed to brand guidelines and internal procedures.
• Produce internal paperwork to order stock, book jobs into production and track throughout the order process.
Person specification
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent administration skills
• The ability to communicate articulately in written and oral formats
• Equally comfortable on the phone or email
• Someone with a vibrant personality who wants to join and contribute to our team.
Skills & experience
• Previous office administration experience
• Professional MS Office skills
Degree: Any related
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £17,000 to £18,000 pa
