Log in or create an account

Go to and register or log in using your email address and a password. Complete the registration form. You will need to provide your contact details and a company profile. You can also login on the top right-hand corner of any page.

Post your job

Click on advertise a vacancy in the control panel. Complete the job details form. You will need to provide a job description, person specification, closing date, salary, location, and the degree required. You will then be able to preview the job as it will appear live and given the chance to make any amendments before you confirm it. Once you're happy with the advert, you proceed to the ‘posting options' page.

Choose options and confirm

Decide whether to post the job as a basic or enhanced advert and whether to boost your profile by adding a logo. You can also add a CV Search which enables you to download CVs from our graduate database. Or add a CV Match to let us find the right candidates for you. Once you've made your choices, confirm to proceed to the payments page.

Make payment

You will be taken to the Protx payment page where you pay by debit or credit card. If you are unable to obtain a credit card, please contact us on 0800 077 8377 and we can arrange for you to pay by invoice. Once your payment has been authorised you will receive confirmation of your order by email and your advert will be live.

What happens next?

You will receive a copy of each job application to the email address you specified.

You can also log in to your account at any time to check how many candidates have applied and download their details so you can contact several candidates at one.

Simply click on My Vacancies in the Control Panel to view all application activity on your account and to edit the details of any live adverts.
