We are pleased to inform you that 100% of the successful external applicants for this year's Graduate Scheme heard about Capita Hartshead through Yorkshire Graduates. A further two graduates have been employed within the company on our Graduate Inclusion Scheme. Both of these applicants became aware of Capita Hartshead's graduate opportunities through Yorkshire Graduates.

One of the benefits of using the online service provided by Yorkshire Graduates is that it allows us to reach a large number of potential applicants. Being a vibrant and welcoming region with a relatively low cost of living, Yorkshire is an ideal place for graduates to forge a long-term career. 

We are very satisfied with the continued effort of John Cusworth and the rest of the staff at Yorkshire Graduates in promoting and advertising Capita Hartshead and the Graduate Scheme. John, who we dealt with particularly, listened carefully to our requirements, made suggestions as appropriate to suit our particular needs, and produced the advertising package to a standard we expected. As in previous years, we will be using the website to promote our 2011 Graduate Scheme, and hope to fill a number of other positions through our Graduate Inclusion Scheme.
