Allied Westminster are a specialist organisation who design and market insurance policies for rural communities, and are the lead provider of Village Hall insurance with thousands of customers across the United Kingdom.
The roles are varied and interesting; the successful candidates would work on a wide variety of tasks from help with IT, general administration, marketing, sales, to claims. The role also involves speaking with our customers. Opportunity for formal financial services qualifications (For example with CII - Chartered Insurance Institute). We also encourage and support training courses in IT/marketing/compliance etc. We pay performance/efficiency related bonuses on top of salary. We do no cold calling/selling.
Multi-disciplinary: The Graduate Trainees would be trained in key areas of the business, and we would seek to identify specific strengths and interests for career progression.
We seek proactive graduates with good communication skills, computer literate, friendly, logical, numerate and hard working.
