Role responsibilities
What you’ll be doing

We’re home to 17 sites producing everything from bread, fish and meat to flowers, veg and salad. Over 12 months, you’ll work at many of these locations – developing leadership skills, working on live projects and helping to improve our processes. You’ll also spend time in a store to learn how manufacturing influences the customer experience. Before you know it, you’ll be leading up to 50 people as a frontline team manager.
Person specification
What you’ll need to join us

Along with a minimum 2:1 degree, you’ll need a passion for product development and food quality and safety. We’ll expect you move around the country growing your skills in different sites – so a full UK driving licence is a must. Always looking to do things better, you can think quickly on your feet and solve problems fast. What’s more, you’re a great communicator who can build strong working relationships.

Salary: £25,000 p.a. + Excellent benefits
